Refund & Cancellation
Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both customers and FoneXport.
1. Product Inspection at Purchase
Customers are advised to carefully inspect the product at the counter before purchasing. Once the product is sold, the responsibility of checking lies with the customer.
2. Warranty Period
The product carries a 3-day warranty from the date of sale. Please note that display-related issues are not covered under warranty.
3. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product is not in working condition.
- Refunds are not applicable for sold products.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be allowed only in case of a genuine problem. If the customer chooses another product and is still not satisfied, a 10% deduction will be applied on the product price before offering an alternative.
5. Warranty Support
- Warranty will be provided directly by the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
- FoneXport will provide warranty support for up to 3 days from the date of sale.
